Why should I order Online?
We developed this site to provide our customers with a secure, speedy and a user friendly method to place their order with us. Our experience with phone ordering miscommunications, inability to reach us during busy hours and other factors persuaded us to invest in a state of the art online ordering system. This is the first system of its kind that connects you, the customer, straight to our kitchen without any human interference. In our site, we provided explanations to many of our items as they appear on our menu. We invested in high security measures to ensure proper use of your personal information. This and much more was done to enhance the way in which our customers order with us. We are certain that once used, you will appreciate the advantage of ordering online.
Is it safe to order online with my credit card?
Absolutely. When you send us your card information, it is encrypted with the latest encryption technology. We only display the last 4 digits of the card upon a request by you. We partnered with Paypal adn Verisign, both leading industry providers of secure online transfer and storage of data and we are confident that the level of security that we offer each and every one of our customer is second to none.
What is 1-Click Ordering?
1-Click ordering is the fastest, easiest way to place orders at our web site. We provide this functionality to do away with returning customers need to re-enter their personal information every time they order with us, including address, name, phone number, payment method etc. By activating your 1-Click ordering, you are able to choose your items and zip straight to thankyou page when all of your personal details (delivery address, payment method, etc.), remain unchanged. The order will be sent and billed based on the information previously stored in your 1-Click account.
August 14, 2007 Site Update:
Since the launch of our web site, in April 2006, we have received many customer's feedback and suggestions. Your comments have helped us throughout the past year to further advance our site and after many months of development we are now launching what we would like to call mrbroadwaykosher.com phase 2. We incorporated great new features such as the ability to store and edit multiple address and payment methodologies using the latest encryption technology. We integrated pay pal both as a payment option and as a secure online gateway to process online transactions. We allow our credit card, house account and even pay pal customers to provide tip at checkout without the worry of leaving it later. We updated address fields to accommodate all types of locations that previously had difficulty to be processed online. This and much more has helped us to perfect our site's performance and user friendliness.
What is the effect of the site update on me?
Our cash paying customers will not see any difference from phase 2 site. Credit card customer who registered before will need to reenter their CC number one more time at checkout. It will be saved for later 1 click checkout transaction if they choose so. House charge customer can now add tip before checkout. Other customer who had difficulty with ordering online previously, will find that we cleared some of the glitches we had before and are welcome to join a growing family of customer who discover the easiness of ordering our food online.
Is there a minimum for ordering and do you charge for delivery?
We do not require a minimum for delivery and will be happy to send you anything you like. We do charge $4 for deliveries that are over 10 block radius from the restaurant. Importantly, that amount is paid entirely to the delivery person as part of his tip. Our experience has taught us that doing so allow us to recruit a large amount of delivery guys which in turn speeds up considerably your wait time and allow us to provide service anywhere in the city and beyond.
What are Company Orders?
Company order is the easiest way to combine individual orders within a single company into one group order. Any person can start a company order. Once initiated, an email is sent to the person who started the order with a link that can be forwarded to all potential participants. Each participant can click on that link and place items within the company order under his or her name. We ask to add a name so we can separate and mark all bags accordingly for easy sorting when the order arrives to you. Any time after the company order has started, the person who initiated the order can log in to his or her account, go to company order and be able to review and send the order. Once the deadline for the company order, set by the person who initiated it, has passed, no items can be added to that order. However, the order can still be sent by the person who started it anytime before or after the deadline.
What type of Kashrut Supervision do you use?
Mr. Broadway restaurant is at all times under the supervision of the Kashrus Division of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America and is accordingly kosher certified O.U. Glatt. We have an OU Inspecting Rabbi at all business hours. Our meat is Chadidishe Schechita Satmer only.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 10.00pm. Friday from 9.00am to 3.00pm (depending on the season) and Sunday from 11.00am to 10.00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.
Are you Open for the 9 days?
This year the 9 days begin on the 16th of July until the 24th of July. We will be open regular hours and offer a unique '9 Day Menu' that can be dowloaded here

How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Additionally you can charge your order to your House Account. For more information please visit our "House Accounts" section.
Is there a charge or minimum order requirement for delivery?
No, there is no minimum for ordering. Currently we do not charge for delivery.
How do I know my order is received successfully by the restaurant?
We send an email when you first register with us welcoming you to our site and to remind you your user name and password. We also send a confirmation note every time you order with us. From our experience, some corporate security system block our emails, so it is possible that while your confirmation email did not get to you, your order was received by us and will be with you very shortly. In any case of doubt you are welcome to call us to confirm.
Can I place an order for future delivery?
Yes, you may place an order that will be delivered to you later that day or up to one week in advance.
Can I place same day catering orders?
Certainly, but try to give us notice ASAP. Of course, large orders should be placed sooner rather then later. We do get very busy during lunch and do the very best to send your order, even if placed last minute, on time.
Can I change/Cancel an order already placed?
If you want to change or cancel an order placed, do give us a call ASAP and we will accommodate your request provided the order has not left our premises already. We are unable to process substitutions, modifications or cancellation on line.
